1️⃣ Product Warranty
All electronic weighing scales come with 1-year service warranty (or your preferred warranty).
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, mishandling, burnt circuits, battery misuse, or unauthorized repair.
2️⃣ Pricing & Taxes
All prices are exclusive of GST unless specified.
GST applicable as per Govt. norms.
Prices may change without prior notice.
3️⃣ Delivery & Transportation
Delivery time depends on order quantity and location.
Transport charges extra and borne by the customer.
Company is not responsible for delays caused by courier/transport services.
4️⃣ Payment Terms
100% advance payment OR
50% advance and balance before dispatch (your choice).
No product will be dispatched without full payment clearance.
Payment accepted via UPI, Bank Transfer, Cash, etc.
5️⃣ Return & Replacement Policy
Products once sold will not be returned.
Only defective or wrong product is replaceable within 7 days of delivery.
Replacement will be provided only after technical verification.
Physical damage is not covered under replacement.
6️⃣ Installation & Training
Basic demo provided during delivery (if applicable).
On-site service available (extra charges depending on location).
7️⃣ Service Policy
Pan India service available.
In-warranty repairs are free (no labor charge).
Out-of-warranty repairs: labor + spare parts charged extra.
Customer must send the machine to our service center (courier charges by customer).
8️⃣ Product Features & Specifications
Company may update model specifications without prior notice.
Colors, design patterns, and minor changes may vary from images.
9️⃣ Legal & Compliance
Govt.-approved scales will be stamped as per Legal Metrology norms.
Stamping charges extra unless mentioned.
🔟 Customer Responsibility
Use only stabilizer/UPS where required.
Do not overload the machine beyond rated capacity.
Follow instructions in the user manual for best performance.
